Trend Jerseys Refund & Return Policy

Our policy ensures that you are protected against manufacturing issues and that you understand the limitations regarding returns on custom-made apparel.

1. General Return Eligibility (Defective or Incorrect Orders)

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If an order has an issue, we will make it right.

Condition Action Required Responsibility
Defective, Damaged, or Mistake on Our End Full Refund or Replacement. You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement item. Trend Jerseys (We pay for the return label and all associated costs).
Non-Custom Items (Buyer's Remorse/Wrong Size) Store Credit or Exchange. You may return for store credit or exchange for a different size (if available) within 30 days of delivery. Customer (Customer pays for return shipping).

To initiate a return for an item with an issue, please contact us at support@trendjerseys.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo of the defect or error.

2. Returns on Custom and Personalized Items (Final Sale)

Because most of our products are personalized and custom-made, they are subject to strict return limitations.

  • Custom Item Final Sale: All jerseys personalized with custom names, numbers, unique logos, or color selections are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or if the customer made an error during the customization process.
  • Exception: The only exceptions to the Final Sale rule are if the custom item is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications approved in your final order confirmation.

Crucial Note for Custom Orders: Sizing information is provided on every product page. Please ensure you carefully review the size chart before placing your custom order, as we cannot accept returns for size changes unless we shipped the wrong size.

3. Return Process and Refunds

  1. Contact Us: Email support@trendjerseys.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Receive Label: If your return is approved (due to a defect or our mistake), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected.
  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
